CLASSIC is a « Kerboull » type cemented cup in solid polyethylene. The low part of cup,
is provided with a flange having notches facilitating the cement surplus evacuation during the setting. This cup is defined by two diameters, the one flange ( D1) and the other external (d2) sphere smaller than diameter (D1) which insure stable cement thickness.
Two X-Ray indicators equip this cup, a radial going through the pole, another going through the equator what is allowing to define the position in the space of the cup and the existing polyethylene thickness. CLASSIC-C is manufactured in the mass what confers it optimum mechanical characteristics.
