AQD is a cemented self-locking stem. Its surface has little grooves which allow the increase in surface in contact with bone cement. AQD is manufactured in wrouhgt stainless steel with high-nitrogen content, which awards excellent mechanical characteristics. Two patterns are available :
- standard (medial) 10 sizes
- lateralized 10 sizes
