Specificities :
The form of the patellar groove oriented at 6° of valgus allows G2SII to be implanted without patella. The superior biconcave face of the plate marries perfectly the convexity of condyles of the femoral part. The mobile plate, limited in its movements, possesses an antero-posterior movement of 5 mm, authorizing possibly the non-preservation of the later posterior cruciate ligament and an intern extern rotation of 15 °, reproducing the knee physiology.
IMPORTANT : The group condyle-tibial plate-patella must imperatively be composed of units of the same size. On the other hand, the plate is selected in order to obtain the best cortical stay and can be equal or higher than the size of this group
