Reinforcement button for the transbone reintegration of the rotators' cuff. LHS allows to avoid the effect "wire to cut the butter" of wire at the level of the major tuber when tightening wire.

It perfectly moulds the lateral face of the major tuber and is perforated of 7 holes for an ideal passage of wire.

The resistant and very low thick implant is in titanium alloy (ISO5832/3), which doesn't contra-indicate X-rays.
