CE0120 (SGS) marking and EN ISO 13485. The FII’s quality management system  is established to fulfil the requirements of standards NF EN ISO13485 2003,  appendix II of  European directive 93 / 42 / CE of 12/07/1993 modified by the European directive 2007 / 47 / CE of 05/09/2007, of  appendix 1 of  decree 95-292 of the 16/03/95 transcribing in French right the European directive 93 / 42 / CE, the book II 1st title of the part V of the public health code.

The FII quality management system  articulates around the following axes:

- The technical know-how;

-  The women and the men qualification;

- An organization centred on the satisfaction of needs customers and formalized through written procedures;

- A regular evaluation of the efficiency of this organization by internal audits;

- The improvement of our processes, our means, our manufacturing techniques.

The commitment direction  confirms its will to maintain at the priority level the development and the organization of the quality by its management, by defining a quality policy and objectives, and by insuring the availability of resources.

Listening and quality are keywords to meet  needs and  waits of our customers, and it is the permanent policy of our company since its creation.

Besides to offer the safety, we have implemented a quality management system to be in keeping with the NF standard IN ISO13485 2003, the appendix II of the European Directive 93 / 42 / CE of 12/07/1993 and the book II of the public health code.

This functioning permanent structure is informed by technical procedures which coordinate  various steps of the conception and the manufacturing of our products.

It involves and gives responsibilities all the staff who is perfectly conscious that this structure must be used as a tool of progress and improvement.

Our company efficiency  passes by the research for our products quality in the slightest cost from which will benefit our customers.

FII defines the necessary resources for an optimal functioning of the company in the respect for regulations in force. Needs in training, investments, the know-how necessary for the company, the making up of the internal audits, contribute to the realization of the quality objectives.

FII supplies and maintains infrastructures necessary for its activities both at the level of buildings, workspaces, environment conditions, software and communications. FII insures  means  and infrastructures control by planned operations of care and maintenance with preventive character the objective which consists in maintaining in in good condition the  machines park and to answer the requirements required by the customers and\or the regulations.

 SILOG is an integrated management software package which allows to manage all the operational processes of FII by integrating all functions of this last one, as calculation of needs, supplies of raw materials, stake into production and the manufacturing, until the sale and the distribution, but also the human resources management, the accounting and financial management, in connection with a permanent traceability.
